RENTAL STATISTICS
The most consistent aspect of housing agencies is that services are determined by three major issues; 1 by race, 2 by culture, and 3 by gender. I don't get a complaint from males unless he is enduring a form or disability and besides that, not many males are tenants. Most of my clients are women, and all of the women who complained are non Europeans. There are genuine complaints about the quality of work done on repairs or the time taken to have problems resolved. But tenants usually don't complain unless they are stressed about housing staffs. It is then that they will find something wrong with the house to complain about. Statistics highlights the all time consistent issue of complaints ie; Repairs, follow by Rental Administration. There many complaints about repairs and rental administrations that are the results of unsatisfactory relations between housing staff and tenants. A fact is that housing staff are almost always right wing Europeans, and tenants are almost always minority ethnicities. Stats cover the Glen Innes, Panmure, Point England, Glendowie area and mainly HNZC tenants. |
